Make an easy fruit smoothie with frozen fruit and some 100% fruit juice! Add some fat free organic yogurt to help keep your digestive track in order.

Keep baby carrots and celery on hand and eat with hummus for a great snack.

Experiment with vegetables you don't eat much - brussel sprouts, asparagus, beats.

Break out those old aerobics videos and give them a try. Even the old ones are effective.
