MONTHLY PAYMENTS will be charged to the credit card or debit card on file and a receipt will be sent via email. We currently accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. We accept checks only with 1 year advertising package. Credit Card payments will reoccur until a written notice or email is received from your company no less than 14 days from your next scheduled billing date.

YEARLY PAYMENTS can be charged to a credit card or by check and a receipt can be sent by email or priority mail.  We currently accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

Should I have a banner ad? -- Return to top

Banner ads increase your exposure to potential customers. Banner ads are randomly rotated through almost every page in the Michigan Wedding Planner site.  Adding a banner ad to your advertisement can significantly boost your leads.

How do I get a Banner Ad? -- Return to top

If you are an active Member with the Michigan Wedding Planner you can add a banner ad for an additional $9.95 a month.

When can I update my information? -- Return to top

With your membership you will receive a username and password that gives you access to your control panel on the Michigan Wedding Planner website.  In the control panel you can update the text, photos, brochure, and view real time stats.  If you would prefer, you can simply email or mail your information to our office and one of our team members will do the update for you.

How is my company video made? -- Return to top

A 30 SECOND VIDEO is assembled with the use of photos and a professional recorded voice. The video can spend more time on your services, show products with descriptions, or you can speak directly to your potential customer face to face. You can chose to write your own 30 second spot or have one of our creative writers create one for you from the information you provide. We record your voice over once we have final approval of the script from you.

For an additional fee, we can arrange a video crew or photographer to document your company.

What does my photo gallery consist of? -- Return to top

A photo gallery provides a showcase of your products and/or services with photos and captions. Each photo gallery can contain up to 15 photos. You can upload your photo from your computer or send them to us by mail. We will return the photos to you once they have been scanned.

What is a printable brochure? -- Return to top

We will convert your traditional brochure to an electronic version (Adobe PDF). Many of our clients save money by reducing their mailing cost - sending e-mails instead of traditional mail.

How do I know my advertisement is working? -- Return to top

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS are emails that provide the date and time a unique bride visits your advertisement.  An email will not be sent if that bride ever revisits your advertisement.  This information allows you to see the exact time a potential customers viewed your information.

STATS are tracked by IP address (unique for each bride) and are found in your membership control panel. 

REQUEST FORMS are found at the bottom of your info page. This form allows brides to easily email you directly with there wedding date, name, email, and questions.

As with any advertisement, we recommend that you ask all your clients where they found your company.  A lot of the brides viewing your information will visit your store or call on the phone for additional information.

When a membership is purchased the advertisement will be posted within 24-48 hours from the time the information is provided.  For membership that includes a streaming video it will follow a week from the time the voice over copy is approved. 

What information will I need? -- Return to top

To showcase your company you will need to provide your contact information, photos for gallery and video, text information, and a brochure.  Once a membership is purchased a check list of information will be sent to help you with the collecting of your information.  In many cases some or all information can be taken from your existing website. You can handle every detail or have us post your information from what you provide.  Keep in mind your information can be updated at anytime (excluding videos) through your control panel.

The Michigan Wedding Planner is a product of Media Production Services LLC and as a benefit as a member of the Michigan Wedding Planner we can provide a complete 4 page website for only $499.95.

How is placement decided? -- Return to top

Membership placement is first decided by Membership Level. Platinum Members are listed first, followed by Gold, Silver and free line listings. Within each membership level, placement is decided on a first come, first serve basis.
